Free Standard Shipping on All US Orders

Every order shipped within the United States ships free with standard shipping. No minimum purchase required.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT, on weekends or on holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS): Free · 3–5 business days after processing
• Expedited Shipping (if offered at checkout): cost shown at checkout · 2–3 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may be affected by weather, carrier delays or peak seasons.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including APO/FPO addresses via USPS. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show updates. You can also check your order anytime on our Order Status page.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to reship it; reshipping costs may apply.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

• Damaged on arrival: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement at no cost.
• Marked delivered but not received: check with neighbors and your carrier first, then contact us. We’ll open a claim with the carrier and help you resolve it.
