We want you to love your THONIV products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. This applies to all items, including items purchased on sale or as part of a bundle.

How to Start a Return

• Contact us at contact@thoniv.com or on WhatsApp (+1 941 402 9531) with your order number.
• We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with your return instructions and a prepaid return label.
• Pack the product with all included accessories and send it back within 14 days of receiving the instructions.

Return Conditions

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• It’s fine if you’ve tried the product. Please return it in good condition, with all accessories and cables, and in its original packaging when possible.
• Items with physical damage caused after delivery (drops, liquid damage, missing parts) may receive a partial refund or no refund.

Free Return Shipping

Return shipping is free. We’ll email you a prepaid return label. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are always covered, including shipping both ways.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including all shipping.

Bundles

If you bought a bundle (for example, the 2× Family Bundle), you can return the full bundle for a full refund, or return one unit for a refund of its proportional bundle price.

1-Year Limited Warranty

THONIV products are backed by our 1-Year Limited Warranty. Valid warranty claims are handled according to the terms of our Limited Warranty Policy.

Before Opening a Dispute

Please contact us first. We resolve most issues within 1–2 business days, and it’s much faster than a chargeback.
