Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after business hours may be processed the next business day.

During high-demand periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time & Delivery

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as:

  • UPS
  • USPS

Carrier selection is determined based on the fastest and most efficient option.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected promotions or minimum order amounts

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email
  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update

Shipping Delays

THONIV is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays or peak seasons
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not guaranteed for replacement or refund
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Please contact the carrier directly first
  • Then contact us at info@thoniv.com

We will assist you, but THONIV is not responsible for packages once marked as delivered.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue at no additional cost.

Failed Deliveries / Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts

We may:

  • Charge reshipping fees
  • Deduct shipping costs from your refund

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.
