Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 30 days have passed, we may not be able to offer a full refund.
Eligibility for Refunds

- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping Costs

Chargebacks & Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact THONIV to resolve the issue.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
- Account restrictions
- Order bans
- Further action if necessary
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos as evidence
We will resolve the issue at no additional cost.
