How to check your order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. You can also visit our Track Your Order page to follow your shipment.
Order status definitions
Pending: Your order has been received but payment or processing is not yet complete.
Processing: Your order is confirmed and is being prepared.
Shipped: Your order has left our facility and is on the way.
Out for Delivery: Your package is with the carrier and should arrive soon.
Delivered: Your order has been delivered successfully.
Cancelled: Your order was cancelled and will not be shipped.
